I participated in Hood to Coast this weekend. 26 hours of relay running from Mt. Hood to the beach of Seaside Oregon. A total of 197 miles, 18 of which I ran. I can barely walk this morning; and I look like crap in the pictures at the end...
Our course the name of our team had to do with Dermatology, "Road Rash" seemed appropriate.
